I just had a small out of body experience when I realized just how many people care about my little blog. Current follower count is 558 and I only know one in real life! Thank you all for your ongoing support and interest. I hope I can continue to provide relevent and informative reviews and other posts. Here is a quick update of what I am reading/listening to and some exciting news.
First, I was recently invited to participate in a blog tour for the incredible story The Other Einstein by Marie Benedict. She will be sharing a guest post in the morning. In the meanwhile, I am diligently working to review the novel and will hopefully post about it soon. If you haven’t already picked it up I highly recommend it!

I’ve been lucky to have read to many fantastic stories recently (really…always). I have been spending some personal time listening to audio books and here are a few of my favorites:

At The Water’s Edge by Sara Gruen
The Paying Guests by Sarah Waters
I also took two personal reading breaks for The Light Between Oceans by M.L Stedman and The Fireman by Joe Hill both of which I loved.
Last but certainly not least my husband and I will be visiting London in a week for a week! Sans our kiddo for our 5th wedding anniversary among other things. All you Londoners don’t hesitate to offer your best advice! I am hoping to get a large amount of writing done on the flights as well as blog a bit about our travels. I can’t wait!

The Life Between Pages 
Wow, so many exciting things happening! I’ve only just moved to London so I can’t give much advice, but the next thing on my list is a tour of the Tower of London. I hear it’s amazing if you’re into rather dark English history.

We thought about the Twilight tour but then discovered you don’t actually go inside so we determined it wasn’t worth it. Any great restaurants you’ve tried? Or bookshops?

If you’re going to be in the Camden area, there’s a really cute little second hand bookshop called Walden Books. They do a lot of art and architecture books but also some classics and other little treats x

P.S. Spitsfields is the place for markets, vintage shopping, and indian food.

I will keep this and the previous comment in mind! I discovered there is a vintage book row nearish Covent Garden (I wrote Cecil Court) so I hope it’s correct!

Cecil Court is lovely and also gives onto Charing Cross Road, which still has a good number of bookshops – Any Amount of Books is a favourite. You might also want to visit the Persephone Bookshop on Lambs Conduit Street, which is walkable from Covent Garden. Have fun!

My favourite places in London are Camden, Covent Garden (for the architecture of the market and cute little cafes) and brick lane in shoreditch, especially on a Sunday for the market, the 24 hour bagel shop and about a million curry houses. Plus the v&a museum and natural history museum are amazing. Have fun!

How awesome! I just returned from my first visit to London. For dining, I suggest https://www.thewolseley.com/ and http://www.thegoring.com/. If you like museums, I visited Tate Modern, National Gallery, and Royal Academy and loved them all. London is a great city. Enjoy!
